Information we collect

Contact information: name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address that you give us.

We collect information only when you provide it to us. You opt in to receive text messages from us in one of these ways:

Online inquiry on Zillow: you submit an inquiry or contact request to Kishore Kakileti on a Zillow listing or agent profile and provide your mobile number.
Website inquiry form: you submit an inquiry on Kishore Kakileti's real estate website (kakileti.homes) and provide your mobile number.
Open house sign-in: you sign in at an open house hosted by Kishore Kakileti and provide your mobile number on the sign-in sheet or sign-in form.
You text us first: you send a text message to +1 (214) 888-4796.

At each opt-in point you are told that you agree to receive text messages from Kishore Kakileti, REAL Broker LLC about your real estate inquiry, that message frequency varies, that Msg & data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. How we use your information

SMS and mobile information privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data. The only exception is service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery platform and wireless carriers), which process this information solely to deliver messages to you and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share non-SMS information only as needed to provide the real estate services you ask for (for example, with a lender, title company, or cooperating agent in your transaction when you ask us to), with our sponsoring brokerage REAL Broker LLC for required compliance and record-keeping, or when required by law. None of these disclosures include your SMS opt-in data or consent.

Your choices
